LUXEMBOURG - August 9, 2024 - The CSSF, the supervisory authority of the Luxembourg financial sector, confirms having completed the registration making Garoud Capital Partners S.à r.l. an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM), under the conditions of Article 3 (2) of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers.
